BLISTER INSPECTION AND TRAY CHECKS

Strong of 20 years of improvement, Harlequin is a market point of reference for blister inspection and pharmaceutical tray checks. Harlequin performs checks on different materials and colors, allowing an extremely accurate inspection of tablets, capsules, pills, powders, vials, syringes, ampoules.

The blister inspection system can measure images through an accurate check of pictorial and geometrical parameters, and applies the same algorithms used for tablets/capsules inspection to check products inside pharmaceutical trays.

The Software works under Windows 7 (64 bit) and uses cutting-edge hardware devices PC Based Quad & Octa core CPU’s, very high-resolution cameras and LED light units with custom-design.

HARLEQUIN EVOLUTION / LITE

Harlequin has two versions, Evolution and Lite, which are different in terms of performances and scalability.

HARLEQUIN EVOLUTION

Harlequin Evolution is a complete vision inspection system, able to manage at the same time more packaging machines, and to grant many additional checks (thanks to multifunction cameras) such as: barcode and 2D codes reading on cartons, on line printed variable data with integrated printer management, printing artworks checks (PQV) from digital/flexographic printers.

HARLEQUIN LITE

Harlequin Lite is the system Entry Level version, dedicated to product presence control and checking code coverage. Optional function packages through the system can be adapted to suit more complex inspections.
