Container type:

Brevetti A35, a technically advanced and compact inspection machine, is capable of inspecting products at a maximum speed of 300 pieces per minute. It can inspect liquids (including oily solutions and suspensions) and freeze-dried pharmaceutical products contained in vials, ampoules or cartridges.

A35 can handle a wide range of containers, starting from a diameter of 8mm up to 32mm, working with the same basic configuration.

Brevetti latest technology, consisting of high-speed cameras with optical alignment, spindles driven by dedicated motors and white LED lighting units, assures top inspection levels.

The basic machine configuration includes 3 units dedicated to particle inspection granting hundreds of high-resolution and high-sensitivity images for each container.

This process ensures extremely accurate statistical data, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the inspection process.

A35 compact design represents the best ratio between investment and performance available on the market.

Thanks to the big success obtained since the first year, the project has been further developed by integrating the High-Voltage leak detection technology into the inspection machine.

A35 LD is the latest evolution of A35 inspection machine, combining particles and fill level inspections with leak detection. All the options of A35 are available, including additional inspection units and upstream/downstream connection to other equipments.
