Container type:

A50 is an automatic and flexible machine dedicated to massive inspection of ampoules, vials and cartridges filled with liquid (including oily solutions and suspensions) and freeze-dried pharmaceutical products. The model is available in two different configurations: A50-150 and A50-300, covering respectively productivities up to 150 and 300 pieces per minute.

A50 is a modular machine, generous in space and allowing a wide range of configurations and optionals. It can easily manage different type of containers, starting from a diameter of 8mm up to a maximum of 52 mm, working with the same basic configuration.

The combination of high speed cameras with optical alignment, spindles driven by dedicated motors and white LED lights, assures top inspection levels.

The basic configuration includes 3 stations dedicated to particles inspection granting hundreds of high resolution and high sensitivity pictures for each container. This process ensures extremely accurate statistical data, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the inspection process.

A50 machine can be customized with several optical configurations, including cameras inspecting product from the bottom through hollow tailored design spindles; an efficient application particularly useful for the inspection of vaccines and suspensions.
