BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Universal blower machine is able to clean the inside part of the empty jars (also glass bottles and metal cans) by means of strong air jet plus steam. The machine is totally built-up in stainless steel AISI 304 and is suitable to operate with empty containers, having variable diameter from Ø30mm. up to Ø155mm.The machine doesn’t need any tools and any part for the different change format (width adjustable by electric buttons).

• Very strong frame, totally built-up in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Holding chains having rubber pads suitable to hold and to carry-on the empty containers (adjustable from Ø30mm. till to Ø155mm.)
• Chain motorization given by a gearbox droved by inverter.
• Plastic curve guides made of “low friction” material.
• Automatic “refillable” greaser having adjustable shelf-life 1-3-6-9-12months.
• Electro-blower 1,1kw. with air filter
• Rotary Feeding Disk Ø=1.200 mm
• Electric width adjustment for new format size (diameter), given by gearbox.
• Over-flow photocell to stop the machine in case of stop of the bottling line.
• Electrical speed synchronization of the infeed-outfeed conveyor belts.
