Linear piston filler suitable to fill dense, semi-dense and thick products such as jam containing pieces, tomato paste, ketchup, honey, pizza sauce, meat sauce, vegetable sauces, mustard, pate, baby-food and similar products.

• Compact design, stainless steel base frame, totally cleanable.

• Brushless (servo motor) electronic motor and electronic dosing adjustment along with vertically adjustable head controlled from control cabin to achieve high filling accuracy.
• Possibility to have different nozzles sizes according to the specific product to be filled.
• Worm screw for the synchronisation of the jars under the filling nozzles.
• “No jar – No fill” photocell .
• Over accumulation photocell at the outfeed.
• Safety guards equipped with safety sensors to stop the machine in case of door opening.
• Parts in contact with product made of AISI 316 stainless steel or special material dedicated for the food industry.
• Stainless steel electric control panel, with PLC and Siemens Touch-Screen display with indication of filling value and production speed.
