Extrasorter

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

This line of sorters includes single vision systems, that examine the products from above, as well as double vision systems that examine the product also from below. Each vision unit has a brush operated cleaning system to wipe the optical unit at regular intervals.

The Extrasorter separates the product in three different classes by color, defects or foreign bodies. It can be applied to various product categories, such as potatoes, olives, tomatoes, walnuts, mussels. It operates with double vision and double rejection systems: by inspecting the product completely and accurately, also on large quantities.

Using a high-precision electronic system, this line of machines sorts tomatoes, fruits or vegetables of the color tone desired and, according to the applications, rejects from the flow of product those of unwanted color or foreign bodies if present. It has a wide variety of applications, from tomato, peeled products to chili peppers.
