With the FlexPro 50, groninger sets a new standard for processing vials in bulk. The state-of-the-art machine concept is designed with proven groninger technology based on our ready engineered philosophy: modularity, flexibility and integration.

Standardized machine and isolator modules are ergonomically designed for easy operator access from both, the front and backside for line set-up and component introduction. In addition, all environmental monitoring is fully integrated into the equipment.

The FlexPro 50‘s modules (e.g. washing, sterilization tunnel and filling machines) can be configured in a linear or right-angle layout for processing small to medium-sized batches. Line configurations are available with either standardized oRABS or isolator modules, as well as the integration of small batch freeze dryers. In addition, the vial line offers a statistical or automated In-Process Control (IPC) with up to 100% control, and a speed up to 3,000 vials/h.
