BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Linear automatic capping machines, entirely made of AISI 304 and 316L stainless steel, designed for the vacuum sealing of glass jars and bottles equipped with twist-off type metal cap of different sizes, by insufflation of steam into the head space.

The range includes three different types of machines, according to the customer’s production requirements:

• “FL-150”
• “FL-350”
• “FL-500”

Each capping machine can be supplied with a magnetic vertical supply-aligning machine with control sensor for the ejection of incorrectly aligned caps and cap containing hopper. Depending on the hopper capacity, the elevators are divided into:

• “AOV-1”
• “AOV-2”
• “AOV-3”
• “AOV-4”
