Process The containers are individually arranged via an elevator on the conveyor belt – the containers are positioned correctly in the pucks via a drop chute – in the starwheel the containers are checked and filled, the wiper is applied and the brush is screwed in. In the discharge area, the processed containers are removed and the empty pucks are returned to the insertion station.

Process

The containers are fed into the disc sorting unit via an elevator where they are sorted into the pucks, which run through various stations in the filling and closing machine on a cell conveyor belt – checking station – fill – weigh – apply wiper – insert and torque brush – removal of processed containers from pucks – return empty pucks to the insertion station.

Process

The containers are fed into the disc sorting unit via an elevator where they are sorted into the pucks – the pucks are transported in a line through the various stations of the fi lling and closing machine via a cell conveyor belt – checking station – fi ll – weigh – apply wiper – insert and torque brush in the closing machine downstream. The processed containers are removed from the pucks via a lifting conveyor – the empty pucks are returned to the insertion station. When processing a „double product“, the fi rst part runs through the full processing line. Then the second part is processed until the wiper is applied – here the fi rst part is manually inserted and screwed onto the second part in the machine downstream

Process

The bottle positioner sorts the containers directly into the pucks, which run through various stations in the fi lling and closing machine on a cell conveyor belt – checking station – fi ll – weigh – apply wiper – insert brush (infeed either via a disc sorting or a robot unit) – torque brush in the closing machine downstream – removal of processed containers from pucks – return empty pucks to the insertion station. During the processing of „double products“, the processed containers from line 1 are transported to the robot system in line 2. There they are inserted into the second container and are fit together in the closing machine downstream.
